We are organizing a game development workshop on Aug 30th and 31st. We need sponsorships for event. This game development workshop is conducted by makers Technical division a technical club of Jbiet college. Gulam Khan will be mentoring our event. He was the recent winner of EA games megathon event.,. He is almost 8+ years experienced in this field. So this event is conducted under departments of COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGG(CSE) AND ELECTRONICS AND COMPUTERS ENGG(ECM). So if we are looking for sponsers who can sponser us and make our event even more bigger success. Contact us for more information

www.makersjbiet.com this is our website visit it for information about us.

Finding business opportunities and market share is highly challenging in this VUCA world. Building relations with prospective authorities is equally important.

    Join us, to-

    • Represent your organization before top officials of Ministry of MSME like Director, Dy Director, Asst Director, DIC etc who governs MSMEs development and growth - One day event in Kolkata on 20th Aug'2019
    • Represent your organization before Business Owners, CXOs & ROI concerns on all India & regular basis.

We offer two days unique and exclusive workshop on Industry 4.0: Economic Engineering and Econometrics. Industry 4.0 is more about scaling productivity through business analysis, business intelligence and decision intelligence than technological advancement. Tools of AI facilitates huge data which need to be analysed. Knowing on what operational economic parameters, how it improves productivity and profitability means taking forward organizations to sustainable paradigm. Modern theories of firm strategy integrated with analytics has yielded little to no result. Industrial underperformance continues. Lean principles aim at improving productivity, but, the desired result of high productivity and profitability can only be achieved through measurement and control of microeconomic factors using mathematics and statistics striking balance and creating synergy between factors of production and all costs. The efficiency of Productivity analysis lies on the availability of data from various sources which Industry 4.0 environment ensures and hence its importance under new normal. Profitability, under VUCA world, can no more be incidental to production or operation, it has to be derived out of operation for its vastness and growth.

While whole world is busy focussing technological aspect of business, we through our unique and exclusive program focus in the business aspect developing required organizational capabilities.

Technical WorkshopsInnovators QuestJuly 28, 2019 at 07:22 AM

We at innovators quest are trying to organise different events namely workshops

Workshop on gesture robotics : Gesture Based Robotics (also known as Accelerometer Controlled Robotics) deals with robots which involve human-machine interaction - where a robot is controlled through hand movements sensed by an accelerometer. The workshop helps participants understand the concepts and applications of an accelerometer sensor, microcontrollers and other electronic components used in Robotics. It includes practical training on building robots based on gesture recognition technology, providing students a glimpse into Human Machine Interaction technologies.

Breadboards, wires, arduino boards, arduino cables, arduino IDE, accelerometer modules, hand glove material for robotics depends on the type of robot we intend to control using getures

Workshop on PCB fabrication: Printed Circuit Board, commonly known as PCB is one of the most unacknowledged innovations of the century. They are used in almost every electronic device. Though a sophisticated PCB looks easy to design and manufacture, it's a tricky task.

So, whilst our event in gravitas'19, we would like to conduct an insightful workshop on PCB design and assembly, where in, we will teach these aspects from the very scratch.

With growing content and live sports events, validation of video stream is atmost priority, to check whether a stream is playable and metrics to quantify the quality of video that is being served to the user. In Hotstar, there are multiple live events that are being published on daily basis. How do we ensure the quality of video or whether the content is even playable?

There was no tool available in the market with the capability of verifying multiple streams (HLS & DASH) in parallel. So we decided to build something in-house.

Validation of live video stream by using ‘video-validator’ tool is the solution that we came up with. This tool is a service that picks up published live content automatically and triggers video stream check in all possible streams at the same time and stops the validation when a content is unpublished, which mean no manual intervention , no need to run Jenkins or any other CI-CD pipelines manually. This tool checks the quality of video stream across both HLS and DASH stream. It supports multiple stream validations in parallel and pushes realtime reports to Grafana for visibility. We have also developed a dashboard to keep track of the contents that are picked up for validation and maintains the status so that any authorised user can see multiple stages of validations – if the content is picked up for validation, if its queued or if the validation has finished. On clicking, the users will be redirected to the Grafana dashboard where they can see more details. All we have to do is look for alerts and report them to right people. This tool is now being used company-wide and has become the one-stop solution for all real-time validations.

We would be demonstrating how the service works and how it has reduced the turnaround time for reporting issues making QA proactive than being reactive.

Product security testing and assessment methodologies have traditionally served consumer products and enterprise applications. These programs are usually well defined, with established architectures, target markets and product development cycles that span months or years.

Enter the Internet of Things, where there are no predefined form factors. An “IoT product” may be a smart fridge, a pacemaker, or a traffic light in a smart city. Makers of these classes of devices are often small/medium sized businesses, who are racing against the large corporates and other similar sized competitors to launch their products first. They look for standards in communication protocols, software stacks, libraries, and reuse them wherever possible. But standards are few and rarely one-size-fits-all. When it comes to securing IoT products, there are a myriad of challenges on both process and technical fronts.

In this presentation, we discuss the new era of IoT ecosystems (which include hardware form factors, mobile applications and cloud services all working together) and the various process as well as technical challenges involved in performing security assessments and penetration tests for these solutions. We will demonstrate examples of real vulnerabilities observed in market products (consumer and industrial IoT), and discuss how and why such vulnerabilities exist.

We conclude with a presentation of next-generation product security assurance and testing methodologies that are better suited for modern computing solutions such as Cloud and IoT.
